Status:

• Considering strong players that know what they are doing.
  
• Tanking: only if exceptional, we have a full compliment of tanks.
  
• Healing: only if exceptional, and maybe only if you are a pally, we are good on heals
  
• DPS: RANGED PREFERED, we would love mages and warlocks more than the other classes right now, MELEE limited to closed right now.

Exceptional apps for any raid roll will be considered.

The raiding team of Vindication consists of guildees and non-guildees. There is no such thing as saved raid spots.

What the raid team is like.
We like to invite good players and friends to raids, let them have a taste of some boss and trash fights, see how they like it, how the raid team works together, and watch performance. Yes, we run Recount as a guide, not a measuring stick. Yes, we run WMO reports to use for determining performance, standards, and helping each other get better.

If you are a class/spec/role we need, are willing to try out some raiding with friends, and mesh well in performance, preparation, and attitude, you could become a raid team member, perhaps even a guild member.

• Love progression, being called out, asked to step up...
  
• Enjoy a little silliness and then a call for focus and vent clear...
  
• Like being asked "what happened there" and giving an answer...
  
• Do not mind farming up some gold for repairs, and have consumables...
  
• Enjoy having intense fun while progressing...
  
• Working on your performance, there is a bar, has to be for some things...

So I'm interested, now what?
If you have questions, speak with Rakaa. You can also put in an application, copy and paste the app as a new thread. Acceptance into the team is a raid agreement. If you do not like someone in the raid team, this may not be the place for you.

Everyone is expected to...

• Follow a code of conduct (golden rule well...rules!)
  
• No "whisper helling" someone in the run. You have an issue, RAKAA and YARANE better hear about it asap...or else. NO exceptions.
  
• Use Ventrilo (listening is just fine)
  
• Be nice and fair about loot distribution
  
• No drama (no exceptions)
  
• Use DBM
  
• Go on a test raid with us (could be any 10 man)
